The clayey loam soils where they are planted allow the Touriga Nacional grape variety to display its attributes. This balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, have made it possible to obtain an excellent raw material. The Touriga Nacional grape variety is one of the most emblematic Portuguese red grape varieties that has found in our terroir conditions that allow it to express two of its main characteristics: freshness and elegance.

Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes. 4 days of pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC.

Aged in 228-liter French oak barrels for 11 months.

Very appealing ruby ​​colour. Aromas of black plum, cassis and cherry with discreet hints of violet and balsamic notes. Subtly notes of vanilla and spices emerge. It is captivating due to its silky texture, yet vibrant and firm. The sensation of freshness and elegance accompanies a long saline finish.
