The clay loam soils where it is planted allow the Pinot Noir variety to showcase its attributes. In 2021, we achieved an average productivity of 6.7 tons/ha. This balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, allowed us to obtain an excellent raw material.
The Pinot Noir grape variety originates from lands with cooler climates and found in our terroir the conditions that allow it to express two of its main characteristics: freshness and elegance.
Hand-picked and carefully selected grapes in the winery. After 2 days of cold maceration, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18ºC. The wine is produced with little extraction in order to preserve the natural profile of this variety.
Aged for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
Very open ruby red in colour. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes, with raspberry, plum and cherry standing out, on a slightly vegetal background. The confirmation of these aromas in the tasting is evident, with an elegant and very captivating texture. It ends in a salty finish.
