Planted in clay-schist and sandy-loam soils, with low production potential. This wine is produced from a combination of Portuguese grape varieties, Arinto, Alvarinho and Viosinho, and French grape varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the Vicentino vineyards.

Manual harvest, followed by a process of selection of the grapes upon arrival at the winery, after which they are pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, with separation of grape varieties, followed by a 7-month aging process. The blending was done in May 2021.

Aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.

Greenish color. Elegant and fresh aroma, with notes of lime, asparagus, iodine and minerality. In the mouth, the taste is enveloping, creamy but at the same time very fresh. It has a persistent and saline finish.
