The clay loam soils where they are planted allow the Pinot Noir variety to display its attributes. The Pinot Noir variety originates from lands with cooler climates and has found in our terroir the conditions that allow it to express two of its main characteristics: freshness and character.

Harvest Manual. Grapes are pressed whole bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in the same stainless steel vats, on fine lees.

Open pink color. Predominantly fruity aroma with notes of grapefruit, raspberries and fresh watermelon. On the palate it is smooth, with volume, showing a balanced and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and saline.
