The clayey loam soils where they are planted allow the Arinto grape variety to display its attributes. This balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, have made it possible to obtain an excellent raw material.

This wine was not filtered or stabilized before being bottled and therefore presents all the natural sediments resulting from fermentation.

Manual harvest, grapes cooled in a cold room. At low temperatures, the grapes are carefully pressed in whole bunches, with only the first must being used for this wine. Fermentation took place in cement “tulips”, followed by aging on fine lees for 5 months.
