Papa Anzóis® preserves stand out due to their artisanal production, in small controlled batches, which makes it possible to develop an excellent product.

Instead of pre-cooking, we use a dehydration process, developed by Conserveira do Arade, with no intention of maintaining the organoleptic properties of fresh fish.
