Manual harvest with total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with total fermentation for 7 to 10 days, between 25°C and 27°C. Post-fermentation maceration is carried out at high temperatures over the following 6 days.

Internship in Stainless Steel and 6 months in French Oak

Tasting notes:

Garnet color with violet nuances, an aroma of spicy notes, harmony between fruit and wood. A large mouthfeel with full tannins.
