Manual harvest with pressing without stems. Cold decantation after 24 hours and controlled temperature during fermentation of approximately 15 days.

Tasting notes:

Lemon yellow in color, with a very exuberant citrus aroma and a little floral. In the mouth, an intense and complex flavor with a very present acidity.

Grape varieties: Arinto, Alvarinho, Antão Vaz, Viognier
